DAILY REQUIREMENTS This position requires a lot of standing on the feet throughout the day. -Ensure all orders get shipped out quickly and accurately based upon proper shipping weights and best cost method -Ability to decipher order status among different storefronts -Awareness of all package ETA s from vendors and track down packages if necessary -Communicate to buyers regarding backordered items order issues with shipping notes -Communicate with Purchasing Customer Service Dept regarding any backordered items and unexpected late shipments -Log appropriate shipping notes into Shipworks system -Possible inputting of data tracking numbers on various seller platforms -Evaluate current stock on hand & process any outstanding orders with current stock supplies -Organize any partial orders -Determine products ordered for stock by Purchasing Dept and enter into Shipworks -Maintain accurate stock counts -Monthly stock evaluations -Keep spreadsheet of expired stock (turned in monthly) -Ability to look up orders in Shipworks system and identify status of orders -Scheduling daily UPS shipments -Order shipping supplies -Maintain organized shipping area -End of day clean up of shipping station -Organize processed invoices into folders -Possible USPS package drop offs if USPS does not pickup -Possible Light Data Entry -Possible office assistance on light shipping days -Possible UPS package pickups at local facility (gas stipend) SKILLS -Keen attention to detail -Ability to navigate Amazon eBay platforms -Ability to navigate the internet efficiently A MUST -Reliable -Punctual -Team player A PLUS -Previous shipping order processing experience -Knowledgeable with eBay Amazon -Knowledge of Shipworks -HTML knowledge -Skype knowledge -Extensive Outlook knowledge -Extensive Excel knowledge -Manipulating images in Paint Photoshop -Health & Wellness are important to you Please email us the following 1) An overview about you & why you are responding to the ad 2) Why you think you would be a good fit 3) Your Resume (copy paste into the body of the email) - do not attach We will contact you for an interview.
