Carpenter (NOC 7271) INNO Construction Ltd is seeking two experienced Carpenters for residential construction maintenance repair and renovation Title Carpenter Salary & Job Types 25 hourly Full time & Minimum 37.5 hours per week Location 118-617 Smith Ave Coquitlam BC V3J 0L3 JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Read and interpret blueprints drawings and sketches Calculating mathematical outcomes to determine project specifications Prepare layouts measure cut shape assemble and join moulding wood materials drywall and plastic materials Build foundations install floor beams lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems Fit and install trim items such as windows doors stairs mouldings and hardware Maintain repair and renovate residences and commercial buildings Install suspended ceilings build and install framing for dropped ceilings counters indirect lighting display cases etc Operating and maintaining carpentry tools and equipment Maintaining a safe work environment EMPLOYMENT REQURIEMENTS Completion of secondary school and 3-5 years of experience in carpentry are required l Reading and interpret drawing and sketches l Valid driver s license l Ability to work under minimal supervision l A strong background in interior residential commercial construction is an asset We thank all of those who applied but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
