Reference job 15-067. Position Summary Supervise train and coach Guest Services and Night Audit Departments. Proficient in Property Management System. Maintain correspondence and accurate records files for property. Inform other departments of occupancy counts or changes. Address customer complaints and inquiries pertinent to this area. Position Responsibilities Prepare annual budget and monthly forecast for Guest Services Department. Lead Guest Service Operations and ensure Front Desk Operations are functioning according to Aston s policies and procedures. Follow SOX compliance for front office tasks including key control and cash handling. Check accuracy for daily monthly reports processed by Guest Services. Utilize appropriate checklists for Guests Services and Night Audit Departments to ensure appropriate tasks and follow-up are completed. Prepare and approve schedules. Work closely with administration housekeeping and maintenance departments keeping them informed of occupancy forecasts and changes. Lead hire motivate and provide correct action where needed to Guest Services Team. Ensure all employees are trained and knowledgeable in providing premium guest services and that all work is being completed in a timely manner and accurate manner. Conduct employee reviews and performance evaluations. Respond to guest complaints in a timely fashion via in person telephone website market matrix or other means. Evaluate how the team treats guests on a regularly and provide timely feedback. Manage owner reservations and work with the respod in appropriately handling guest reservations. Assist the Assistant General Manager and or General Manager with administrative and bookkeeping duties as assigned. Relive the Guest Service Team for meal breaks. As needed act as manager on duty. Cover sick calls and or vacation for Front Office. Be available to work on timeshare check in days including weekends Perform other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications College degree diploma in Business or Hospitality Management preferred. Previously supervisory experience required. Must have strong organizational business and accounting skills.
