Crew Leader Supervisor PT to start leading to FT (Residential) Territory Location New Albany Gahanna Blacklick Westerville Pickerington Canal Winchester Position is currently P T (20-30 hours week) Pay Training pay 12 hour bumps to 15 hour upon completion of training and supervisory duties are assumed. Many of our crew leaders are making between 19- 22 hour when they become good at their job Job Duties and Requirements are as follows and are non-negotiable 1) MUST be RELIABLE & DEPENDABLE 2) MUST have a strong detail orientation and good people skills 3) MUST be available Monday thru Friday during day hours (8am-5pm) 3) MUST have tidy clean cut professional looking image. 4) MUST have reliable transportation valid driver s license and preferably a fuel efficient vehicle 5) MUST be able to pass a background check. 6) MUST be Non Smoker (absolutely no exceptions). 7) MUST be able to start IMMEDIATELY 8) MUST be willing to work under a subcontractor arrangement sign a non-compete agreement and abide by a strict code of conduct maintaining a high degree of professionalism associated with the job. The successful candidate will be 1) Detail oriented and able to move at an athletic pace while still doing a thorough job of related tasks. 2) Cleaning in the above stated manner requires a person who is in good physical condition as this is considered a physical labor-intensive job. A moderate level of physical fitness is needed in order to conquer & thrive through daily job duties. 3) One who takes pride in their work goes the extra mile and believes in a job well done. We offer Subcontractor Arrangement Cash Paid weekly Day time hours---no weekends Limited On the job Training. You will be put to work immediately.
