Area Manager - Boston MA GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW ActionLink currently has an opening available in the Boston area for our consumer electronics team as an Area Manager supporting the SONY program. The Area Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day development of the SONY Sales Specialists in their assigned region. The AM will ensure execution of performance and quality standards as agreed upon by client and outlined in the SOW Operations Plan. DETAIL OF RESPONSIBILITIES Execute against operations plan mission and critical success factors Manage sales performance of assigned representatives executing above assigned quota Function as a single point of contact for the client team in their assigned region Responsible for creating work schedules hiring staffing and training Sales Specialists Manage performance and development of assigned representatives Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with clients team personnel and management Complete other assignments as indicated by the client and ActionLink Schedule will be Thursday Monday.
