If you have a loved one who needs home health care I am experienced trained and certified in emergency room situations and general hospital care. I have MA CNA BMA training and certifications. If requested I can and will keep a journal of your family member s care blood pressure medications their general well being as I observe them while I am there. I will need an emergency phone list and instructions on the refrigerator of who I should call in any situation that I may come into while I am working. I will assist your family member with transportation for doctors appointments if you are unavailable general home care cleaning cooking helping your loved one with medications (picking up meds if needed - setting up mail delivery of meds if needed - calling for re-fills if needed) getting washed up getting up going to bed general stop in to be checked on and more. I charge 20 hr minimum ( 20 minimum charge for a quick check in and call to you). We can set up a daily weekly bi-weekly schedule as you need.
