Our banking client is looking to fill the Senior Project Manager (AML) role. If you are a good match please send your resume with rate expectations. Location Toronto ON Contract Length 3 Months (strong possibility of extension) LOB AMLProject Working on a bank compliance project related to AML Compliance. This project is to address transaction monitoring coverage gaps within the products from a compliance perspective. Daily Responsibilities Monitor adherence to PM Process Standards at the bank Clarity SDLC PMLC etc. Create action plans and ensuring completion of project deliverables Track all resource assignments against projects releases and other initiatives Track individuals across many lines of business (mainly AML and T& O) Provide status updates to the Project Manager Meeting Support scheduling meetings securing and setting up rooms minutes of meeting etc. Participate in team and planning meetings to enable tracking of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) milestones and related resource assignments Following up on log action items issues and risks Assist with creating Reports Presentations other project related documentation Interaction with other Project Managers and stakeholders Must Have Skills PMP certified Previous experience in AML transaction monitoring projects Exposure to regulatory projects Demonstrated experience in effectively tracking various projects simultaneously Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) Strong drive to get timelines delivered Nice to Have Skills Knowledge of products within the bank Technology Knowledge a strong asset Knowledge of Clarity Please note that this is the most up to date version of job description available at this time During Client Interview you will receive additional information variance may apply When you have some time please register in our database (5 minute process) to be considered for future openings the link is available on our website at www.teamrecruiter.com in the Candidate section.
