A small 60 condominuim community looking for an experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician. Must have experience in all general trades including plumbing electrical interior painting and appliance repairs. Must have good people skills and be customer service oriented. Be able to communicate fluently in English. Bilingual a plus Normal duties will include regular preventive maintenance upkeep of grounds and common areas cleaning pool filter completing maintenance service requests appliance repairs unit turnovers painting entry gate maintenance minor repairs and taking emergency calls. Qualifications At least 1 year prior experience in apartment maintenance preferred. Can do attitude flexible schedule Part-Time position only. Pay based on experience.
