Wanted - Service & Maintenance Technician Summary of Job Duties Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment used for curing composite materals. Troubleshoot and repair system issues which include all electrical mechanical aspects and associated components as needed. Job Requirements 3-5 years of Industrial Maintenance HVAC troubleshooting and maintaining industrial equipment. Proficiency with mechanical electrical industrial equipment to include hydraulic pneumatic systems. Electrical system knowledge to include DC and AC voltages 120V 240V 480V. PLC troubleshooting and systems knowledge a plus. MIG and TIG basic welding skills preferred. Job Responsibilities Travel to customer sites to perform service and maintenance work as required. 75% travel required. Perform equipment calibration services on proprietary software. Perform system upgrades and repairs to include installation and replacement of transducers relays switches motors pumps and thermocouples. Install electrical components to include motor starters contactors circuit breakers and conduit on industrial equipment. Prepare service reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing field service work.
