Maid service needed once a week duties are cat boxes emptied laundry dusting and vacuuming..modern appliances so no dishes by hand.also must have car to run errands.all expenses plus your hourly wages will be paid for your waiting time.May need taken to Dr appointments grocery store and pharmacy.house is basically clean at this time.all race creed and color does not matter.honesty is paramount.I m 53 and have heart disease.I can t take care of the house as it needs to be.I tend to stay in my room so you can work without any interference from me.I will take a look when your done for the day.sincerely Tim Stapleton .
