Accounting Assistant (Part-Time)

Our client is an established local business with a great product range and an approachable and down to earth team. An exciting part time accounts role has presented itself which will provide approximately 20 hours per week. Job description Preparing statutory accounts. Calculating and checking to make sure payments amounts and records are correct. Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries. Managing petty cash transactions. Controlling credit and chasing debt. Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits The ideal person will Have a minimum qualification in Certificate IV Bookkeeping Be proficient in Microsoft Excel Possess strong computer skills Preferably have experience in Netsuite QuickBooks or similar software Have a solid understanding of bookkeeping accounting TO APPLY please e-mail your resume and attach a cover letter that includes a brief overview of yourself why you are interested in this position and confirm you possess the essential requirements and skills.
