JOB DETAILS As the Support worker for this program you will report directly to the Growing Opportunities Coordinator as well as the Drop-In Manager. As the Growing Opportunities Support Worker your tasks will include assisting homeless and street involved youth to cultivate new skills and training while exploring and or attaining their employment and educational goals. RESPONSIBILITIES -Assisting in the daily management and oversight of all program activities as required by the Coordinator- these will include but are not limited to -Planning odd jobs workshop delivery resume development interview skills training life maps bank accounts applying for identification resume drop-offs criminal record checks etc. -Conducting orientations and intakes with participants upon entry to the program conducting needs assessments developing and managing case plans....
