Maintain and improve existing relationships through increased interaction via phone access our customer needs to provide our product solutions. Attain designated business and sales goals of revenue profitability and client satisfaction within your book of existing customers. Qualifications desired Demonstrated track record of accomplishments with a Can Do attitude. Effective presentation influence and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work across the organization and interact influence negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers. Strong relationship building skills. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Understanding of collections and financial reporting needs of small to medium size business. 1-2 years of customer service account management new business sales experience.
