Culligan is currently seeking Customer Engagement Associates to work part time in a Home Improvement Store meeting with customers and doing a very short survey about their water treatment needs. Through a very short interaction they will secure appointments for Culligan Water Experts to perform a FREE WATER ANALYSIS in the customer s home. The primary responsibility is to approach as many customers as possible to generate interest in our products. The ultimate goal is to obtain as many appointments in their 4-6 hour shift for follow up with our Water Experts. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and enjoys interacting with people. We will provide very limited training on this process and techniques for success. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS The position pays a base hourly rate of 10 during training with commission on sales generated from these appointments. Successful Customer Engagement Associates may qualify for an increased base hourly rate after 60 days. We are currently hiring for the following areas Naples Fort Myers Cape Coral Venice North Port Port Charlotte Estero Sarasota and Bradenton.
