Reference job 15-071. Position Summary Verify post and correct all revenue from the property. Verify all settlements from the property. Check in guests as necessary during the night shift. Position Responsibilities Sincere greeting welcoming and registration of guests with a smile. Assign rooms and issuing room keys. Check out departing guests efficiently and politely explain charges if necessary. Handle cash transactions and post guest room charges. Answer incoming telephone calls and take messages. Confirm room reservations. Print and distribute necessary reports for various departments. Night close and balance of all shift reports and daily posting transactions. Verify daily arrivals with registration cards vouchers and or itinerary category rates dates etc. Preparation of next day s arrivals. Balance of system as well as cash other postings for all shifts. Prepare and distribute Daily Summary Report (DSR). Effectively and professionally address guest issues complaints. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications High diploma or equivalent additional experience. Ten key calculator by touch date entry PC and Excel skills preferred. Basic knowledge of a Property Management System and F& B Point of Sales system. Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable Phone and Credit Card systems. Previous night audit or hotel experience preferred. Prefer 1.5 years of experience in a similar position.
