My unwed daughter recently lost custody of her minor daughter due to a multitude of false allegations that were made by both the father and paternal grandmother that were not even verified by the legal system. The allegations ranged from having a mental condition using illegal drugs and abandonment. My daughter suffered from Domestic Violence she did not abandon her daughter but was thrown out of her said house in which her ex-boyfriend and she owned together.Once she was out of the house this gave the opportunity for the ex-boyfriend and his mother to completely rob her of all her personal belongings. She was completely robbed of clothes jewelry furniture electronics household goods and money. She became homeless and as her mother she was removed from the State due to the continual harassments stalking and threats from the opposing parties.She had two Attorneys one who totally misrepresented her didn t protect her and the other just disappeared. During the absence of my daughter not being represented with an Attorney the opposing parties would sneak back into court violating my daughter s due process rights. The new Judge finally saw that her rights were violated and struck down one of the hearings and set a new one.My daughter was promised by an Attorney that he would represent her at the hearing stated that his books were free but the night before the hearing he called to state he could not due to another hearing he had to attend. He advised her to ask for a continuance but the Judge denied it therefore awarding custody of her daughter to the paternal grandmother along with a Restraining Order for the next thirteen years that includes her family and friends from any contact with the minor child or the paternal grandparents.The father gave up his rights stating he would be more interested in his mother caring for the said child. It is sad when one brings into the world an innocent child and then walks away from them with no care. My daughter has always been there for her daughter. She has supported her daughter financially physically and emotionally. There is a strong bond between the two. Who really ends up hurt at the end Children or a child that has someone fighting custody due to false allegations will spend a good majority if not the rest of their lives wondering where everything went wrong. Some will blame the wrong ones or themselves for the mess up. The younger ones will stay confused and be taught to hate the one accused from the accuser. A dysfunctional up bringing will prevail.We are going to continue the fight and due to the overwhelming legal fees we are asking for help. We ask for prayers we ask for support in any way you can.
