Work is performed in Lake County Polk County Western Orange County Western Osceola County and other areas as needed. Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday. Must be able to clean windows effectively or quickly learn how to. Must be able to use pressure washing equipment effectively or quickly learn how to. Must be able to work different shifts as needed to accommodate customers. (Day or Night shift based on business needs.) Work is primarily performed Monday through Friday. (Weekends as needed based on business needs) Work Environment Work is performed primarily indoors and outdoors. Work is performed near or with moving mechanical equipment. Work will be performed on days when the outdoor temperature exceeds 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Skills Basic computer skills. Communication skills.
