Responsible for delivering and retrieving guest luggage in a timely manner. In doing the above the goal is always to be accurate and efficient while providing quality customer service to our guests. Position Responsibilities Park and Retrieve vehicles. Deliver and Retrieve luggage. Assist in temporarily storing guest luggage. Assist guests with questions directions etc. Deliver amenities. Answer phones as needed when the bell Clerk is on break. Watch the Porte Cochere as needed when the Doorman is on break. Provide excellent customer service to guests on a consistent basis. Perform other duties as assigned. Position requirements High School degree diploma or equivalent additional experience. Two or more years experience in Hospitality Hotel or related experience preferred but not required. Valid Driver s License. No moving violations DUI or insurance violations in the past three years.
