Pressure washing and cleaning a house is a 4 hour minimum at 50.00 Hour and includes gutter cleaning after the 4 hour Minimum we charge 25.00 Hour Lawns are generally Mowed weed eated and edged at 50.00 per yard unless they are acre or bigger then we will give you an estimate. When Building decks we require the money for all supplies up front and payment when job is finished. For cleaning and weatherproofing Decks and wood we require payment for supplies up front then full payment when job is completed. Pool Cleaning is a weekly service and depending on where you live we charge 50.00 Hour 2 hour minimum and the service includes a water test pool cleaned and slab or deck scrubbed and pressure washed. As a pool owner myself I understand the importance of a clean pool that is well maintained. We also offer blow in insulation for the attic to help you save on you power bills. All estimates are free unless we have to travel further than 50 miles from Lafayette one way then there will be a mileage charge of 2.00 Mile charged. We are no ordinary Handyman service who will come talk to you then send a crew to do the job we take every customer personally and stand behind our work 100% so if your not happy tell us and we will fix it free of charge.
