One of our well established banking client is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Administrator (Strong Customer Service Exp) Location Montreal QC Duration 12 months contract with possibility of extension. Job Description Customer Service Administrators primary task is essentially to assist customers with their inquiries Takes ownership of any inquiries that cannot be resolved at point of contact and drives resolution for the customer.
