The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is extremely driven has strong interpersonal skills and who enjoys working under pressure.Daily Responsibilities Prepare mailings to provided lists of prospective clients. Follow-up mailings by calling the people mailed to. Cold calling and one-on-one meetings with high net worth prospects. Organization of seminars to attract new clients. Required Experience Post-secondary education (Finance degree a definite asset) Previous industry experience a strong asset Previous experience in a call center environment an asset CSC an asset but not required 1-2 years of sales business development related experience preferably in a commission based environment Previous experience working in a mutual fund company an assetSoft Skills Must be well presented Great telephone manner Strong conflict resolution skills Ability to think on their feet Professional Documentation Administrator The Documentation Administrator (DA) plays a critical role in the overall account maintenance process. The DA must possess the ability to handle various responsibilities relating to the maintenance of accounts for corporate clients and correspondent bank clients. Appropriate storage and retention of documentation is also imperative. Routine interaction with clients various branches and P& C Operations requires the DA to have excellent communication skills. The DA must also be willing to adapt to changing priorities and processes. Responsibilities Providing day-to-day support to a team of Documentation Specialists by assisting them with the preparation of documentation packages and signature verifications Interacting with clients and sales team on a daily basis and providing on-the-spot problem resolution. Ensuring necessary documents are distributed to the branches in order to maintain the operation of the accounts. Opening and closing accounts and doing amendments as required Scanning original client documentation and uploading documents to the documentation repository. Maintaining various databases ensuring all information related to the client is populated and kept up-to-date. Following up directly with branches as necessary on any outstanding acknowledgements. Reviewing and validating client bank confirmations in a timely manner.
