The Centre for Fisheries Ecosystems Research (CFER) ( www.mi.mun.ca cfer ) within theFisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University is focused on fisheries science and the marine ecosystems of Newfoundland andLabrador. CFER has an exceptional team of research scientists and technical personnel that have ability in ecosystems and food webs groundfish population dynamics quantitative analysis and stock assessment early life history studies fisheries surveys and freshwaterecology.
