Purpose of Role To take operational ownership for one or more contracts to deliver planned revenue profit and customer satisfaction for all DCLS services through the achievement of 100% contract compliance. Revenue up to 3.5m. Major Responsibilities Client interface Ensure customer expectations & requirements are established & fully documented in SLAs Ensure overall SLA compliance Direct overall external & internal performance reporting Provide central client interface & escalation route for issues Own & manage customer satisfaction Manage support process enhancement programs Influence Customers through communication of processes & technology capabilities to ensure our added value is understood & customer loyalty secured In partnership with the customer develop future direction. Financials Present a monthly contract summary to the Management Team Provide timely and accurate input to the revenue & production outlook processes to enable effective planning & deployment of sales & operational resource & to optimize costs Ensure overall planned profitability is achieved taking actions to remedy any shortfalls Identify & secure incremental revenue. Production Input to the production strategy with Operations with particular focus on consistency of service & performance across service groups & geographies Manage the development with operations of new & improved integrated and cross-service processes which enhance profitability and bring added value to our customers Work in a team with all Production Program Managers to ensure consistency of objectives & delivery. Experience and Qualifications Experience in a customer focused role in translation localization authoring or publishing environment. (3yrs ) Degree level ideally translation language or business management Financial experience planning budgeting profitability analysis good negotiation skills in some cases fluency in a second language will be a requirement.
