We are a leading Entertainment Party and Rental company in South Florida and are in need of a new office assistant customer service rep. Duties include answering phones (with potential high call volume) in a friendly and courteous manner answering a wide variation of questions regarding the wide array of services we provide putting together customized packaging answering e-mails sending out quotes and proposals following up with clients setting up meetings with schools and other organizations customer service duties sales taking payments running credit cards filing and scheduling and organization of shows and more. Please bare in mind the duties listed fall under main responsibilities of the position but are not the only responsibilities you may encounter in this position. You MUST be a responsible punctual detail oriented highly organized multi-tasker and a fast learner who is not easily flustered with a presentable appearance. You are expected to be friendly and professional at all times (even when dealing with difficult clients and or complete morons). Must have familiarity with Microsoft Word Excel navigating the internet researching geography and familiarity with Quickbooks. Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred. It will be a lot to take in at first but once you get the hang of it it is fairly simple work. We will provide training for the right candidate. We have a laid back and fun environment to work in but it can be stressful so you must be able to handle the jobs stressful moments. Must have open availability including weekends holidays and possibly late hours (our office closes at 6pm at the very latest but you may find yourself working a bit past your scheduled hours if necessary). This is a part time position with potential for extra hours or extra earning potential if you are open to doing new kinds of work outside of the office.
