They are looking for an Experienced Jr Administrative Assistant w-Banking Mortgage Exp This is a 1 year contract with the strong possibility of extension. Flexibility to support rotating shifts is required. Job Description The Administration Assistant position will be responsible for day-to-day processes that will involve supporting the Mobile Mortgage Sales force. This position plays a critical role in the day to day operations of the MMS unit and will work closely with Credit Assistants and Analysts. Duties will include receiving faxes from the sales reps ensuring all required information is provided and then forwarding to Credit Assistants for processing. Requirements Ability to work effectively with other Team Members and Business Partners both internally and externally. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong oral skills and the ability to clearly articulate requirements. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organization. Strong computer skills are required with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
