In the 1st few years he practiced at home using DVD s. In 2009 he suffered from chronic back pain fusion of 2 vertebral bones was recommended. An aversion to surgery Mark stopped lifting weights and running and took his yoga practice to the next level. He worked with Ana Forrest doing intensive work for 2 weeks. He immediately followed this with a regular Bikram practice. Mark continues to have a strong Yang practice and has balanced it out with Yin yoga....
