Position Summary Responsible for but not limited to responding to Owner and Guest trouble calls A C Plumbing Painting Electrical Flooring Fixture Installations Carpentry Special Projects and making repairs throughout the Property. Position Responsibilities Responding to Owner or Guest service requests to make necessary repairs throughout the facility in a timely manner. Complete all work orders assigned. This includes but not limited to analyzing repairing Plumbing Electrical Carpentry A XC Painting Flooring Special Projects and Flooring problems. Log all repairs maintenance duties performed daily and complete all required paperwork promptly and accurately. Provide assistance to Owners Guests visitors Aston employees and other Aston Departments. Provide own tools and ensure that all tools are clean equipment materials and work area are safe. Responsible for keeping maintenance shops in clean organized and safe conditions. Notify Manager of supplies needed. Safeguard all supplies equipment and tools. Ability to work independently and with others. Ability to plan work and select use [proper tools to complete the job. Adhere to Company policies and procedures. Knowledge for emergency procedures (water gas electricity fire hurricane tsunami and threats). Ability to stoop kneel grasp lift push and pull weight sup to 80 lbs. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements High School diploma or additional equivalent experience. Two plus years of experience in Construction Maintenance.
