Position Summary Fill drink orders for servers and provide service to guests in bar area. Provide any necessary additional assistance to visitors or guests. Position Responsibilities Set an assigned area in preparation for an on time opening and ensure that it is fully equipped with tools and products needed for preparing required beverages. Mix drinks cocktails and bar beverages as ordered an in compliance with Aston standards. Properly fill orders place by servers and restaurant personnel doing so in a prompt and efficient manner. Ensure that the bar and all its attendant equipment is clean and in proper working condition. Assist in the training of new personnel and ensure that new employees are fully oriented to proper procedures and policies. Properly handle an assigned house back and follow all established cashiering procedures. Maintain house bank at proper amount accounting for all cash or charge discrepancies. Perform other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Good communication skills and ability to work with the public. Ability to read write and perform simple mathematics Six months to one year recent bartending experience preferably in a high volume operation. TB Clearance and Alcohol card required.
