They are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service - credit products & loans Location Toronto ON Duration 12 Months Contract with a strong possibility of extension. The Servicing Analyst role will investigate and respond to branch inquiries about creditor insurance products and loans provide excellent customer service to internal branch partners and process a wide variety of technical transactions.Must have skills 1) Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills 2) Strong communication skills both oral and written candidates will have to respond to inquiries both verbally and via emails. 3) Strong attention to detail 4) Strong customer serviceTop 3 Nice to Have s 1) FI Experience 2) Insurance experience with credit products and loans 3) Basic Excel and Access Notes - The candidate will be directly supporting the branches and assisting them with the processing and investigation of credit products loan inquiries. - Small team of 7 people - Collaborative environment - Great working environment - Quality over quantity - The candidate should have some background with data analysis whether it was in school or in a role. - If straight out of school a degree in Data Analytics or a B. Comm. in Sales Analysis would be ideal. - The manager will be providing training which would compromise of informal on-going training e-learning and shadowing other people in the department. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are key.
