Twin Tier Hospitality is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Full-Time Front Desk Supervisor-PM. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager the following is required Coordinates front office activities of hotel or motel and resolves problems arising from guests complaints reservation and room assignment activates and usually requests and inquiries by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Essential Functions (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.) Must be able to work PM (nights) weekends and holidays. Assigns duties and shifts to workers and observes performances to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures. Confers and cooperates with other department heads to ensure coordination of activities. Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services. Advises guests of available activities such as swimming skating boating golf and other sports. Receives and processes advance registration payments. Sends out letters of confirmation or returns checks when registration cannot be accepted. May be required at any time to assume the job duties of the Front Desk Agent or any other position which is directly supervised by this position. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises employees in the Front Office. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees planning assigning and directing work appraising performance rewarding and disciplining employees addressing complaints and resolving problems.Job Requirements SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
