Administrative Assistant for Security Firm

We are a busy security firm looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who has excellent communication and organizational skills. This position offers the opportunity for growth and developing a career path in security services industry.Overall Duties of the role -Answer phones and screen calls schedule appointments and manage calendar.-Handle client requests and ability to resolve client issues.-Prepare client files for appointments and manage files.-Assist with marketing initiatives.-General office duties and other duties as assigned.Required Skills -Excellent telephone and client service skills.-Highly organized and flexible with positive can-do attitude.-Ability to prioritize and handle a busy work environment.-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)-Knowledge of using social media.-Able to handle various duties in a small office environment.-At least 1 year experience preferably in the financial service field.Please send your Resume and Cover Letter to AmericanTrainingAcademy(at)gmx.com expressing your interest and suitability for this position
