Administrative Assistant

Primary Job Purpose Interact with clientele and employees via telephone internally and via mail. Respond to inquiries concerns and requests from the office manager. Duties and Responsibilties 1. Deal directly with customers and employees either by telephone electronic mail or face to face 2. Communicate and coordinate with internal employees 3. Schedule appointments and advise internal staff of upcoming appointments made via the website 4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding client statuses of completed services 5. Assist new clients with Intake Profile paperwork 6. Provide paperwork to potential clientele for various services 7. Perform customer verification of received paperwork for documents applications and requests 8. Direct requests and unresolved issues to assigned Client Service Representatives 9. Advise Driver of Client Drop Off or Pickup Itinerary 10. Provide Clients with brochures to cross sell services 11. Distribute faxes to appropriate staff members 12. Deliver mail to appropriate staff members 13. Accept payments for bill payment clientele 14. Create forms and spreadsheets for Office Manager 15. Photocopy and scan documents for client files
