Driver We are a Dairy Distribution company and are family owned. We are not looking for a person to show up to work and get the job done. We are looking for someone that goes the extra distance and loves to improve.Requirements Must be legal to work Must speak Spanish and EnglishMust be able to count and correctly document payments Must have a cell phoneMust have class B licenseMust like milkBe able to work from 3 00 am-1 00 pmMust be able to work 5 days a week including SaturdaysNO DUIMUST HAVE A CLASS BCANNOT HAVE MORE THAN 2 POINTS ON YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DRIVERS LICENSEMust pass DMV Pull noticeGENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB Safely deliver milk products to customers. Provide a level of customer service that is beyond the standard. Safely drive trucks. Clean your trucks and keep milk products and Ice cream products at the correct temperature mandated by the health department. Wash out trucks and keep both the cabs and bodies clean. Collect from customers and document payment and correctly turn in the money received on the routes. All paper work and payment must be turned in the day of delivery. Return trucks as clean and in the working condition you received them. Correctly fill out paper work return to stock and short ship forms. Rotate milk and placement upon individual customers request. Drive as safely and efficiently as possible. When there is any incident or violation it must be reported to the owners. Must deliver all stops listed on your route. Check your loads and returning empty crates. When there is a return the product must be returned to the place it was received either the cooler or the inventory. Please do not apply to the job if you have more than two points on your driving record or would not pass a background check.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Paper Work On a daily basis you must correctly document payment and turn in the paper work. Every driver must correctly fill out forms according the rules on return to stock and short ship forms. Calculations must be made and done as accurate as possible on customer invoices. Drivers must follow notes posted in their boxes and posted in the drivers room. Drivers are responsible for turning in all payments and checks the day received. 2. Driving Must have a license and drive safely to be a driver. Must have a class B driver s license. It is a driver s responsibly to check their loads and gain their entire product before they leave the dairy for their route. Every driver must have a cell phone and be reachable when on the route. 3. Customer Service We ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Effective communication with customers regarding business matters. Must comply with customer requests regarding parking placement of milk cleanliness and other customer demands. 4. Product.
