We are looking for a front office receptionist with experience as a medical assistant to occasionally fill in for the back office. The ideal candidate for our fast paced family practice will need to be professional pleasant mature hardworking and detail oriented. Front office duties include but not limited to greeting patients answering phones checking in and out patients making appointments verifying and updating patient demographics and insurance information collecting copays and patient balances setting up and sending referrals to other providers. Back office duties include but not limited to recording medical history taking vitals drawing blood performing EKG and PFT administering injections and processing labs.
