HIRING FULL-TIME STARTER CLEANING ASSOCIATE Fairy a leader in the housekeeping space is looking for an experienced Starter Cleaning Associate with 2 years of formal housekeeping experience to evangelize our brand and housekeeping services across San Francisco city. Our clients are residents of high-end luxury condos and apartments - which means we are looking for someone with top-notch customer service skills impeccable housekeeping ability a razor-sharp sense of customers needs and expectations and a passion for the industry and the company. If you are an expert hustler (someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and unafraid of getting his or her hands dirty when the going gets tough) - we want you WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - Conducting 15-30 Starter Cleanings week along with your team of 2-3 Starter Cleaning Housekeepers - Interacting with new trial users and providing them with a high-level overview of Fairy s services - Coordinating your team of 2-3 Starter Cleaning Housekeepers and helping onboard new hires - Assisting our Director of Housekeeping with any necessary tasks A Starter Cleaning is a 45-60-minute first clean with a new potential customer after they sign up for our 1-Week Free Trial.
