Purchasing Manager(NOC 0113) Autoland Body & Mechanic Coquitlam BC AUTOLAND BODY & MECHANIC LTD. is seeking a full-time experienced Purchasing Manager. Please apply only if you have the following skills Title Purchasing Manager(NOC 0113) Job Types Full time & Minimum 37.5 hours per week Salary 33 36 hourly Location 333 North Rd Coquitlam BC V3K 3V8 Key responsibilities Manage Auto Body shop supply material and manage inventory Prepare purchase orders manage inventory schedule and monitor deliveries & receive materials Analysis of sales and margins and reporting Strategically negotiates and executes purchases that maximize productivity savings Plan organize direct control and manage all day-to-day purchasing activities Monitors financial data and price setting Work closely with subsidiaries and distribution network Select and develop new vendors suppliers Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships Review purchasing agreement contracts negotiate pricing and terms Required Skills and Experience A Bachelor s degree or college diploma in a related is required Must have at least 5 years purchasing experience and knowledge in automotive or related manufacturing field. 3 years of management experience in a distribution environment Experience overseeing inventory control Strong knowledge of purchasing methods and procedures and generating purchasing documents and knowledge of MS office(word Excel PowerPoint) A strong sense of self-confidence and excellent negotiation skills Establishing cooperative working relationships with vendors suppliers Excellent communication analytical and leadership skills We thank all of those who applied but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
