Their volume sales activity is driven by door knocking direct marketing telemarketing and any other means of engaging the home owner in a sales conversation to educate them on our services and gauge their interest as a potential lead. Your job is to set up appointments for a FREE Hail Damage Inspection to see if they qualify for a complete Roof & Siding replacement PAID by their insurance. The appointment is with the INSPECTOR your manager The Ideal Candidate Self-motivated and ability to work independently Strong work ethic and honest Approachable and presents well with others Ability to rebound from rejection Strong listening skills Good verbal communication skills Outgoing Extroverted People Person Have a good attitude and like making money This is an Independent Contractor Commission Only Position.
