Reviews problems and communicates with appropriate personnel to obtain information when necessary. Responds to customer inquiries through appropriate mediums. Includes correspondence phone calls and e-mail. Provides an excellent customer experience by ensuring that policy transactions are input issued and changes are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Performs Faxing Filing Data Entry Heavy Phone work Light Janitorial & other duties as assigned. Preferred Skills and Abilities Minimum 1 year call center phone customer service experience preferred. Insurance experience highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills organization and time management skills. Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment working with and supporting others in the team. Accepts feedback when offered to reach full potential and works well with others in addition to incorporating best practices from others. Ability to demonstrate critical thinking decision making and problem solving skills Provide excellent customer service for a broad customer base. Can demonstrate strong navigational skills in using multiple systems. Strong computer & typing skills. Strong work ethics and professionalism. Flexible schedules wage DOE.
