The Oregon Lacrosse club is looking for an experienced coach to continue the success and growth of our boys JV program for the 2016 season. The coach we are seeking will need to be able to teach beginning and advanced skills including the ability to introduce offensive and defensive schemes that are appropriate for the high school level. An effective coach will also be able to demonstrate a plan for delivering structured practices and provide a fundamental philosophy that can used to help grow the program at all age levels. More importantly we insist our coaches will not lose sight of the main principle of allowing our boys to have fun and enjoy the sport. This is a paid position of 1000.
