I am the owner of this timeshare for many years. Odd year owner. 133 Points lifetime deeded. All the fees are paid up to date. Own this points for the last 15 years. My kids are big now and we no longer use the resort. Stayed at the resort last month in big 1300 sq ft 2 Br unit the cost was 12 points night. You can stay 1 night or more any day of the week as long you still have points in your account. The closing will be handle by a title company. Cost is around 300. I own the deed free and clear .
