Responsibilities generally include some field work writing technical reports performing analysis and design as necessary for new or existing structures preparing plans and specifications managing field inspectors and preparing open and close permit documents. As an owner and Project Director the ideal candidate will also have responsabilities such as read review write and or submit sale and job reports to 911 franchise review reports in xactimate xactimate experience is not required flexibility to travel within and out of kentucky The ideal candidate will have experience in restoration of existing buildings and structures which would include performing forensics investigations writing forensic reports preparing specifications and drawings for repairs performing field observations and managing field inspectors of restoration work in progress. here are some other requirements Proficient in Xactimate Estimating Software Must be IICRC Certified in WRT and ASD is a plus. Must have great Communication and Leadership Skills Microsoft Excel and Word experience is also needed Manage multiple projects at one time and manage multiple crews Job Profitability knowledge and Job Costing knowledge Communication with Customers Adjusters and Internal Staff Perform Inspections and Write Reports Plan & Execute projects to completion Coordinate Technicians and Laborers Order materials needed for projects Complete Documentation and paperwork Attend and train in Company Meetings Perform Production work (as necessary) Maintain Project Files Secure Client Payments Salary 60 000.00 year Required experience Water & Mold Restoration Technician 2 years
