InnSeason Resorts- Harbor Walk Falmouth Massachusetts The positions are seasonal and run from early February to the end of November. The pay will be determined by your level of experience and commitment. We are looking for someone who can work independently and has strong customer service skills. Must work nights and weekends. Basic skills in plumbing landscaping electrical hvac and pool care. Some daily duties include but are not limited to property clean every morning small repairs that might be needed around the property blitzing of units upon check out emptying trash and recyclables around the property helping out the other departments if needed. Removing snow from walkways and salting the property. Pool care consist of vacuuming and cleaning the skimmers. Checking the chemical levels and straightening out furniture on the sun deck. We do our own lawn care so some landscaping will be part of the job. This consists of mowing the many lawns and removing weeds from the flower beds. Trimming back bushes and making sure all flower beds are watered and dead headed. We also move furniture from unit to unit on occasion so you must be able to consistently pick up and carry 50 lbs when needed. Please apply in person at Harbor Walk property located at 26 Robbins Rd.
