Floor Manager

Mill House Brewing Company is seeking a full time manager to assist our team on the floor during service as well as help with some administrative tasks. We are a full service restaurant and also brew all of our own beers on site We have over 200 seats spread out over three floors including two private dining rooms. We are looking for someone with extensive hospitality and floor management experience Responsibilities include - Oversight of service on a daily basis. Ensure that all service points are being executed by all staff members. - Train educate and motivate staff on a daily basis. Teach staff sales techniques to help improve our check average. - Assist GM and handle basic administrative tasks (nightly logs payroll punches etc) - Create a hospitable environment for all guests. Turn first time customers into regulars. - Create a detailed step by step training program for each position. Implement and oversee the training process going forward (which will help with consistency). Requirements - At least 2 years of management experience (ideally in the Hudson Valley) - Proficient with Microsoft Office - Must be EXTREMELY detail oriented - The ability to multi task and work well with others - In depth knowledge of food wine and beer For more information about the venue please refer to our web site www.MillHouseBrewing.com Serious inquiries only Please paste your resume in the body of this email.
