customer reported us.if he is touching aimed folder the arrow was distracted to touch other things.he also reported some keys are not working and even touchpad is not working. we were cleared issues with keypad and software.after tried to upload software couln t load it up after disconnect the keypad to upload software .we can do it.and it is internal keypad .to replace very difficulty.technician can do it.
