Adecco Engineering & Technology is currently recruiting for an ongoing contract QA Lab Technician (Electro-mechanical Assembler) to work onsite at our client located at Irvine CA. This role will function as an Assembler with QA capabilities and it will support the service function as well. Install electrical electromechanical and plumbing components route and terminate wirings assemble parts to form analyzers or subassemblies at a bench or on the floor Additional responsibilities include QA Lab Technician (Electro-mechanical Assembler) Responsibilities include Works from detailed assembly drawings and specifications plans layouts using flowcharts identifies and obtains necessary parts and components from stockroom. Solders crimps and mount components to achieve specified electrical characteristics. Performs QA on Lab Product Analyzers and computer systems maintains all QA files. Installs mechanical components forms and connects Teflon Tygon or stainless steel tubing using hand and bench power tools torsion wrenches forming jigs and assembly fixtures. Access parts information and requirements through company ERP systems (SAP). Supports lab staff by lifting setting up analyzers. Responsible for maintain a clean and safe lab environment. Maintains tracking documentation on analyzers and lab equipment (tools parts and carts). Qualifications High school with experience in a similar role. Must be energetic able to concentrate and pay attention to details.
