Prominent domestic and international law firm seeks a Litigation & Trial focused Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience (2010-2012 grads) to join its New York office. Candidate Must have the following 3-5 years of experience as a litigation & trial associate Experience working in a Large law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent) Commercial litigation & government investigations experience ANDA experience in either generic or branded drugs. Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and or Moot Court accolades desired) Strong research verbal & written communication skills required Large law firm experience required New York Bar. Responsibilities include but are not limited to -Aiding clients with every aspect of their dispute resolution needs nationally and internationally. -Representing a diverse clientele to include corporations boards of directors management and other individuals in connection with a broad range of government investigations enforcement actions internal investigations -Providing the full spectrum of litigation services including trials and appeals in federal and state courts in cases involving disputes over things such as intellectual property Real estate and Construction Creditors rights and bankruptcy Product liability and other torts Other types of complex business litigation.
