Customer service call center Experience and Education Requirements This is an entry level position education and experience is a plus but not required Duties to be preformed Handle incoming & out going calls Provide directions Pre screen candidates Keep Track of any program logs Keep desk neat and clean at all times Skills Required The ability to smile and be welcoming Must have basic reading and writing skills Believe in a high level of customer service Ability to multitask Enjoy working with people Maintain a professional appearance and behavior This position is for immediate hire.
