We have created and now expanding our Business Development Department team. We are a very busy dealership in the Ventura ( 2 for sales volume in the state for our brands). We are so busy we need the best of the best and those that are ready to advance to a higher earning potential for your contributions. We are looking for experienced automotive Internet Sales Associates BDC Coordinators Sales Support or BDC Administrators who enjoy the business development processes and a bigger piece of the pie without limits. Have you done Internet Sales experience but don t like the negotiation of the sale sales schedule but good at setting many appointments You ll love the ample opportunities and make more money with a better work schedule. We sell in the triple digits and have an excessive amount of opportunities that we need you to help us capture. Increase business improve the customer experience from the start to build a long lasting relationship with us. Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system data and calendar of appointments. Calling and receiving a large volume of calls to affirm details and set an appointment. Take your fingers off the phone and wrap them around the steeering wheel. Responding to hundreds of internet generated leads professionally- provide information and gain the appointment. Call email the customer after the sale to ensure the customer has enjoyed their purchase. Use Social media and Reputation Management Applications and software that promote positive purchase experiences. Update the CRM with detailed notes with relevant information for the purpose of providing a superior customer experience sales experience and leads to a positve review. We provide training to help you excel in your position We ll provide comprehensive training so you will have the confidence in your communications and interactions with our valued customers. Training and mentoring to help you get the next level Use of our CRM system - Dealer Socket Use of Social Media and Reputation Management Applications and programs Product Knowledge- Become FCA factory certified in our vehicle line up. Effectively use the many software tools available to you for continued product knowledge reference quick links to share with your contact and more. The right candidate will Have prior automotive BDC experience (Highly desired but not required) Have call center type experience (making taking hundreds of calls with a business development purpose) Must be internet savvy and computer literate Has experienced or worked in comissioned based sales role understanding the important of the gaining the appointment to create the sale opportunity. Comfortable overcoming objections and sell the many reasons to come in do business with us buy our brands. Ability to speak read write and understand English and use it properly with correct punctuation and grammar for professional correspondences Bilingual is plus Familiar on the use of smartphone applications- Understand the basics of using Social Media Reputation Management CRM data entry experience Take direction as needed and work independently to maintain goals We Offer Semi flexible schedule full benefits a fun team environment that you ll enjoy coming to work for and a good pay plan.
