I bought this coach in 2011 off of a gentleman that had health problems and only used it four times .Since then it has been on a permanent site and never pulled only to my home. It is in like new condition inside and out and never been smoked in and no pets inside. It has the artic insulation pkg generator prep king size bed fireplace with heater central vac washer dryer combo slide toppers on all slides new tires decals and battery last year.
