Most of these land grant documents are owned by state universities and municipalities - this is a rare find Upon research A.G Walker was a land surveyor in Tarrant County and a Texas Senator from 1857-1861. City of Fort Worth owns two other land grants to A.G Walker (Search Fort Worth AG Walker Land Grant).Grant is signed by Governor Elisha Pease.
